HelloSign for Salesforce v4.6 will be pushed to v4.0+ customer PRODUCTION orgs and all customer SANDBOX orgs on March 11, 2020, at 5:00a PST. (NB: All customer sandboxes on v3 or v4 will receive the push upgrade, but only customer production orgs with v4.0 or higher will receive the push upgrade.)
