After internal discussion, we have decided to cancel this scheduled maintenance, and reschedule for a later date. Four hours is a long time, and you deserve more notice than we gave you. Our apologies.
Update
The maintenance window will be longer. A get-ahead process we were running failed its final validation, which means we will need to use the slow, long process during the outage. As a result, the outage will likely be 4 hours. Right now, it is scheduled for 6pm to 10pm Pacific (3pm to 7pm Eastern) this Saturday, June 4th.

We will be moving our system and database into a VPC for enhanced security. This will result in all HelloSign/HelloFax services and APIs being unavailable for an estimated 90 minutes, potentially extending to a upwards to 2 hours.
We will still be receiving faxes sent to HelloFax numbers during this time. However, their delivery will be delayed until our website comes back up.
