The issue seems to not have spread. We are working to revise our health-check logic to better detect this variety of failure. We consider the site issue resolved.

Monitoring

The issue seemed to be isolated to a single unhealthy resource, which has now been taken out of production. We are monitoring the situation to ensure similar resources don't follow it.
